International movements encouraged the signing of Paris Peace Accords

(VOVWORLD) - The Paris Peace Accords, also called the Agreement on Ending the War and Restoring Peace in Viet Nam on January 27, 1973 required the US to respect the independence, sovereignty and unity of the Vietnamese people. The signing of the agreement marked a milestone in the history of Vietnam and also the history of international relations.
