Vietnam records no new COVID-19 community transmission in 82 days

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam had gone 82 days with no domestic COVID-19 transmission by Tuesday, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.
92% of the 369 cases in Vietnam have fully recovered, and no deaths have been reported. The remaining patients are in stable condition.
The British pilot who became Vietnam’s most critically ill COVID-19 patient, has recovered and is now in good enough health to return home on Sunday.
