Building a harmonious legal system for ASEAN countries
(VOVworld) – A seminar on ASEAN integration and harmonization of the legal systems of the ASEAN countries was held in Hanoi on Thursday. Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court, Truong Hoa Binh, said that with the establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community, cross-border trade and civil disputes will become more complex, prompting a need for legal assistance to resolve international cases.
